I feel like if you are in court for something and make it clear you are very anxious to go back home and secure some unspecified stuff, you're making it very likely your place will get searched by the police in case there is evidence there you were planning on destroying. Dunno if 14BC has already been searched but if it hasn't I think Chris has made that more likely.

If the police haven't they're incompetent. That's a crime scene with forensic evidence there that could help confirm that incest occurred.

Pretty sure three strikes pertains to felony's not misdemeanors - Chris has no felony charges, yet.

There's a healthy aftermarket for individual pieces, with those only released in a small number of sets holding some considerable value down the line. Unless his 'care' has left it all in a practically destroyed state, the total list price on something like Bricklink would be nonzero (in a vacuum, the feasibility of separating individual elements/cleaning and disinfecting/assembling part orders notwithstanding.).

Anyone heard anything about Barb? To me she's either going to be a key prosecution witness or another defendant.

not from what i heard, yes hes done juvies, but he also spent a lot of time doing trials for hard criminals like gangs and other violent crimes, so hes a no nonsense judge, he does not play
