Notice how insecure about being called autistic she is too. "ADHD shares NO symptoms of autism" and all that stuff she was saying. She loves manipulating autists because she thinks they're easy targets and she's terrified of the prospect that she is one herself.

Given how poorly her attempts to manipulate people outside her autism circle went I think we can assume she's not the master manipulator she likes to picture herself as.
