If Bella did in fact hack into his account(s) to steal money from him, and there is substantial evidence to prove it, she will more or less 100% be punished in some way. She might not get actual prison time, but substantial fines, a criminal record, house arrest/probation, and/or other restrictions are on the table. A short sentence in the county jail is also not off the table. Also, if she were to lie on the stand or intentionally provide false information regarding her own case or Chris's, she could also be charged with perjury and some variant of causing harm to an investigation.
Hopefully she doesn't get a judge that's like "bUt sHe'S yOuNg aNd nOt UgLy" and gives her the lightest possible sentences.
Also, even if she can't be charged for planning to manipulate an autistic man into killing himself or having sex with someone (mother or not), these past actions and her past behavior will also affect the way she looks to a judge and/or a jury.
