14BC is in Barb’s name, not Chris’. If Barb goes into long-term care, the only way that the Govt will pay for it is if 14BC is sold along with any other assets Barb possesses. That is something you could link to his autism. That behavior is something Chris did with both female and male friends and him not understanding social cues.
