Still could constitute fraud, and if it’s conducted electronically it’s wire fraud. Sadly though fraud cases take time to prove and lots of warrants for transactions, communications, etc etc. While I’d like her to get anally raped by Uncle Sam for financial crimes, it’s probably not happening.
