He is also appointed lawyer so he dont give a fuck, he isnt paid to win but to do bare minimum and walk away which is plea deal. Also chances are that by now her college has caught wind of the whole situation and she generally seems like a massive risk for anyone vulnerable on campus so students probably won't take the situation lightly if the college don't do anything

Devil's advocate maybe but if Bella's sister (or any other siblings) is a functioning adult who has not engaged in deviant gayops, that suggests Bella herself is probably the textbook example of a bad egg or black sheep.

Bella has also repeatedly referred to her entire family as "retarded" in the chats which to me implies they are nothing like her. Believing themselves to be the only "good" member of the family and/or believing they are superior is also textbook for Cluster B. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

We know she was taking to him as Magi-Chan and telling him to do things like taser people to trigger the merge. We know she gets off on manipulating him, along with rape and incest. We know she was the only person he'd tell who his new sweetheart was (he wouldn't even tell Null), and that she was able to "guess" from very minor clues. We also know she doctors texts, enjoys telling people lurid fake details of Chris/Barb BDSM because she gets off on it, and that the entire unrelased call was 4 hours and we've only heard like a half hour of it tops. We also know she was extorting Chris for financial and personal gain, and planned to extort/influence him into killing himself and possibly Barb too, and she was mad that Fiona leaked the call, and faked a call to 911 to stop Fiona contacting the authorities.

We don't have evidence she did it, but we certainly don't KNOW that she didn't do it.

She could legally change her name and move, assuming she isn’t hit with criminal charges (and I doubt she will be, sadly). She can easily start life as a “new” Bella without much effort. Isabella is an extremely common name for girls her age. She just needs to take on another last name and POOF this all goes away for her.
