Possibly, but if all we have a chatlogs and no other proof of Bella engaging in what might (keyword might) be the outlawed behavior, good luck convincing a federal prosecutor to go all in on charging Bella with it.

The lowest bar we can probably hope for to get movement (and this is really REALLY optimistic but a reasonable bare minimum) is a video of the acts in question that is directly connected to Bella creating it somehow, a direct witness to the acts (not the logs) who will testify that Bella committed the acts in question, or evidence of her actually distributing such videos in a way outlawed by that act of congress.

Needless to say I've got serious doubts about that making a difference legally especially since this is federal and the closest she gets to WN associations is Pepe posting on discord, so chances are the FBI is completely uninterested.
