Exactly. If you want this bitch to have real world consequences, getting her kicked out of school is the most effective way. Any of the other alleged crimes are all so tenuous that it is retarded to even go down that rabbit hole.
Instead, people at TTU should use her own actions against her to get kicked out of school. First, by showing that she lied in the Title IX investigation and destroyed evidence (get Louis to roll on her again. He already leaked the logs, and he admitted to lying too — if he cooperated he could probably get off with a slap on the wrist). There is no guarantee the university would care, but if you take that she lied and destroyed evidence and combine it with the second thing, my guess is it would be successful.
The second thing is to take her comments and actions, especially as it relates to racism, transphobia, antisemitism, etc. and spread that shit everywhere. Spread it all over campus. The PowerPoint submitted to the school was good, the problem was it isn't a solid Title IX complaint under that statute. And because it is a public school, kicking her out or punishing her for her comments is definitely harder, but not impossible. If she weren't already enrolled, getting her admission rescinded would be no problem (
https://www.nytimes.com/2020/07/02/us/racism-social-media-college-admissions.html), but because she's already there, you have to make this a major PR problem for the university.
So to get enough outrage to get the university to find shit she violated irrespective of first amendment shit, you have to focus on the student body. And you have to use the language of the woke. You have to go all in on how her actions and behavior, including her actions with her former roommates, are having a negative and debilitating influence and impact on other students and that her presence makes them feel unsafe. You have to go full SJW talking points and weaponize that system against her. To make it easier, let people who genuinely feel harmed and unsafe take the reigns.
Language is very specific here. People in her classes need to file complaints about feeling unsafe in her presence. There need to be op-eds in the student newspaper. Jewish, black, and trans students in her classes need to come forward and say they do not feel safe interacting with her in class because of her past behavior. That’s not a guarantee the school will do anything, but like I said, enough pressure and outcry will have them looking for other clearcut rules she violated, like lying in a Title IX investigation.
If there are other examples of her cheating in classes (like putting her homework on Chegg or plagiarizing papers), that should be used too. That might not be as useful retroactively, but if there is proof that she is actively cheating, that can certainly get her suspended or expelled. Kiwis, archive those Chegg links now if we haven’t already.
If she sent people viruses from a Texas Tech IP address in Texas Tech student housing (her current apartment doesn't count) or while on campus herself, that might violate some university cybersecurity rules too.
Read the TTU student conduct handbook and weaponize what it says
https://www.depts.ttu.edu/dos/handbook/
Just perusing through it, the cheating and the investigation interference are easy violations we have proof she committed just in the logs.
To recap: show proof she has violated university rules and then publicize her actions that aren’t violations to pressure the university to actually punishing her for the rule violations. Weaponize the wokeness to your favor.
