Really? Mine did :/ People on the spectrum are quite capable of empathy, but for some it's sort of an artificial process that kinda has to be taught.

The general rule, and it has been repeated many times but these threads are such a fucking mess I can't really blame anyone for not keeping up, is if you're in jail for up to 30 days your tugboat continues. It's suspended after 30 days, so at most Chris gets one more. After that, they're suspended, but if you get out of jail after 30 days but before 12 months, you just have it turned back on. After 12 months, though, it is revoked entirely and you have to apply again. Since the factual record will still show Chris has had a lifelong history, he won't have to re-prove every bit of medical evidence since his childhood, but it's still a much more complicated process, and one that he is too retarded to manage on his own.

And after a several year content drought, any interest in helping him for some dumb ween reason of thinking you are trolling someone by giving him money will have gone away. And people who do remember him will still consider him the literal motherfucker that he is.

If Barb isn't living in 14 BC any more, the mortgage company may swoop down. Or they might just wait for her to die. It can't be long off for someone experiencing a trauma like this.

I know poor impulse control can lead to pretty big problems, like debt or failed relationships or health issues. rape is a despicable act regardless. not committing it is a basic requirement, not something deserving of credit.

my whole point is that, while Chris-chan is not a blameless retard, he has serious issues in his mental/emotional development which strongly interfere with his ability to function as an individual in society. this can lead to both comical and awful consequences.

Chris-chan could've been a far better, far less pathetic person than he actually is. I'm not absolving him of that. I just think his judgment/morals/decision-making is slightly retarded by all his issues, and I think this should be taken into account when judging him as a human.

i would put money on the fact that barb will never step (or roll) into 14BC ever again

she is incapable of taking care of herself, and does not have the money to pay for a nurse to come round three times a day to wipe her ass and rub her legs

perhaps one of the saddest parts of this (if you get sad over this shit) is that barb is probably going to die alone without her son, without her home, and without her hoard

Up to life if they throw in rape and the cops already issued a press release saying there are more charges pending. The incest is just what they already have probable cause for which they're using to keep him behind bars without bail.

This is one of those situations where every possible outcome is bad and will end bad. I don't see this going to trial. Far more likely the prosecution/defense come together to avoid the spectacle everyone sees coming. Indefinite committal to an institution is my guess.

Chris-Chan might actually be eugenically sterilized by proxy after this incident. If Chris goes to prison over this, it will be a Men's Prison unless it gets SRS, which Medicaid can cover in certain circumstances. Especially if Chris sues for the right to be in a Women's Prison, VA and the Feds might just say fuck it and turn Chris's pickle into a makeshift china to avoid having to waste money on it going in front of a higher court.

No testicles for sex drive or penis to rape anyone with.

Don’t judges have a sort of public “scorecard” on how they tend to rule in cases? That would be interesting data to have with all our rampant theory crafting.

narcissistic personality disorder among other things, hes very mentally ill, never has been treated at all. been coddled, isolated and enabled. as i've mentioned to others, autism is likely a mis DX, but autistic or not, that is the least of his issues, Chris is self absorbed / self entitled, hes very mentally ill and has personality disorder.

its 50/50 chance hell go to prison, or to mental institution, i wanna see this guy get a harsh sentence, he needs to face a real punishment for once in his life
