No one truly knows, because the rumor is that the 21 minute audio we have is part of a much longer call, I've heard as much as 4 hours from one of the co-conspirators, either in a screenshot in this thread, or in one of the other threads, I'm not sure; 750 pages.. it's a lot, it's here somewhere though. And you can bet that Isabella recorded ALL her interactions with Chris, not just this one. There's probably hours upon hours of audio that probably no longer exists. Basically all that anyone can know is that Chris did rape Barb. What caused him to do it is a mystery that no one can solve. A lot of people keep bringing up the August 15th court date in regards to her potentially not being able to go to Everfree.
It is entirely possible she had a virtual court appearance rather than an in-person hearing. Also, she isn't going to face any real consequences from this charge and it appears to be the first hearing she has in regards to it, so if she is able to do it over zoom or whatever Queens County uses for their hearings it wouldn't be a big deal for it to be done at a hotel in Washington. If she has a lawyer for it she would most likely get an Adjournment in Contemplation, since she is an out of state first time offending college student. That basically means if she doesn't break the law again for a certain amount of time the charges will be dismissed. I think @Alexander Hamilton mentioned something similar in regards to what will be the outcome of this case.

How I met Bella… aannnnnnd her parents.

So, we lived in the same dorm hall. I moved in a week or so prior to Bella moving in. She moved into her dorm mid-August, and it happened to be on her birthday. (No, I don’t remember the exact date.) I’m guessing she went door to door to meet people, and that’s how I met her. Since it was her birthday, her parents had brought donuts and had them in her dorm.

Being that I had nothing else better to do, I walked over to her dorm and enjoyed a donut. At the time, I went by the name Rob (if anything else on KF depicts a dude named Rob, that’s probably me, but confirm with me to me sure! Not sure how many Robs she knows. I changed my name from Rob to Roman, to clear things up. Rob is not my legal name, and was just my first chosen/’trans’ name.) While she knew my name as Rob and still does not know my legal name, she referred to me with she/her pronouns. Which, I didn’t correct her, because it was totally understandable. I didn’t pass as male, and lived on a female floor in the dorms (dorms are separated by sex, one floor will have all male and the next floor will have all female, etc.) I met her parents, and no I don’t remember much about it. I met her roommate as well, which I quite like actually! She’s a’ight, and I wish her well. I really hope the confession Bella made about raping her is just bullshit.

Later on, I let her know that I’m trans and my pronouns were he/him. She immediately claimed she didn’t get it, and proceeded to out to me to quite literally anyone she talked to in the dorms.

Now, I have some messages between us through GroupMe, a texting app (our dorms had us set it up, every freshman has GroupMe essentially.) I took bits and pieces that proves just how insane it is. Bits and pieces because, and I can provide it if y’all want the full thing (just doesn’t seem necessary at the moment), it was mostly me just asking Bella to be quiet at 4am ‘cause I had a class the next day. Or me telling her to stop talking shit about me, ‘cause it was getting annoying lol. What I DID provide was some weird comments from her, the one where she asks if I was okay because I looked mad is just… terrifying. I didn’t see her at all that day, hence the “?”.
