Right, if my true crime podcast habit has taught me nothing else, it's that there is a surprisingly large number of female serial killers, although most of them don't get much media attention because they tend to do stuff like work as nurse's aides and then smother or overdose elderly people for kicks, which isn't as glamorous as killing random strangers. That's why we know so little about the ones we do have.

You'll also notice that they tend to be more common in settings where they have authority over people weaker than them, such as the medical field. Chris and Fiona are "weaker" than her in that they are developmentally/intellectually disabled, which makes them easier to manipulate.
