In Bella's case, she'd certainly have a similar impairment in gratification delay, though not to the extent we see in someone like Chris. Borderline PD, narcissistic PD and antisocial PD are all linked to impaired hot executive function and emotional regulation, as one would expect. BPD bitches are fuckin crazy and conditions associated with violent crime, abuse etc. generally indicate poor emotional control. Of course, she's more capable than someone like Chris: we see her waiting to leak the chat logs and such, she's unhinged but she was still able to keep her ultimate goal of achieving mad internet clout at the forefront of her mind. This is also what makes her dangerous: if you combine the emotional regulatory abilities of a low-functioning autist with sadism and the ability to engage in goal-directed behaviour, you end up with an individual that requires constant supervision in a white room for the greater good of society.

As for the degree to which these ideas proliferate in spergs, it's hard to say. Given the obsessive, borderline compulsive thought patterns that autists seem to have (think about the way they collect shit and speak obsessively about whatever they're currently fixated on, e.g. Chris discussing his rock collection with Kim Wilson in the mall that time), I'd say that if the gratification is sufficient, it would be pretty easy to have them latch onto an idea. This would probably last only as long as the gratification received remains sufficient to hold their attention, or until some other quick rush replaces it. An individual like Chris is uniquely malleable though, having a much more tenuous grip on reality than most people in similar situations, so it's hard to generalize from him to others.

As my area is limited to cognitive processing, another psychfag who specializes in some area of abnormal psych would probably be able to shed a bit more light on these questions.
