I've been following Chris for the past decade and after reading all the threads regarding Chris, the evidence that has been brought forward, the legal issues, what his fate is gonna be etc etc etc I've come to the conclusion that Chris is possibly going to face more than 10 years in prison. I wanted to make this post its own thread but due to the volume of Artistic threads being made I'm just gonna post. If I'm repeating something that someone else has said I apologize, threads have been moving faster than Bob is rolling in his grave right now.

Throughout his life, Chris has been shown that he can use his autism as an excuse for his misdoings. This was seen throughout his school career, love quest, the hit and run of Michael Snyder, and the Blue Armed Bandit Pepper Spraying Incident. Both Bob and Barb condoned his behaviour for years and although Bob tried to get him on the True and Honest path it sadly didn't work due to Barb's continuous coddling of Chris.
He hasn't shown any remorse in his life and has stated his biggest regret in life was filming the Cake Farts video. In both of Chris' mugshots he can be seen with that dopey smile on his face. Classic Chris. In the courtroom it's been reported that Chris has sperged out on multiple occasions - once regarding his pronouns (even though most laws are written in the He pronoun - legal kiwis have explained better than I) and the second time he was stomping around demanding he retrieve his toys. Chris cannot mentally process feelings of guilt and remorse. Everything has to be about him, but we already knew how massive his Goddess Ego was.

Now, I want to move on to sentencing sperging. From all the evidence that has been brought forward (phone call leak, all the texts including the ones Gibi posted, Null posting Chris talking about his "girlfriend", the sex and disability book) I want to speculate that everything that happened over the past month has been completely premeditated. Unless further evidence is posted (or perhaps it was, if there's any proof of this please let me know) it's safe to assume that Chris did this by himself (aka he had no outside forces forcing him to do this a la The Idea Guys). Many legal kiwis have speculated that Chris might receive a suspended sentence. I disagree with that. At surface level, Chris has been charged with Incest with additional charges PENDING. There's a possibility that he might be charged with more serious crimes depending on what physical evidence comes up from Barbs medical examination. Side note, if the assaults happened every three nights since June 27th would that cause a charge for each night it happened? In terms of if he's charged with sexual assault?
I guess we can only wait and see what happens with his trial. I'm starting to wonder if it's going to be like War Machines in terms of online coverage and accessibility.

TL;DR: Chris is incapable of feeling remorse and might be facing more than 10 years in prison, IMHO.

I think more likely he's gonna be in a ward for the rest of his life.

This has escalated quickly. This is bigger than just Chris. And this isn’t about Chris.
