Your right, I absolutely might be. I don't have any evidence to back any of my ideas up unfortunately, and in the end, what I posted is quite the wild leap.

I do not, in any way, shape, or form, assert that any of what I suggested happened, nor do I claim to have evidence that suggests as such.

What I do have is a simple curiosity about why Isabella didn't end up with her mother considering what I know about divorce court when it comes to custody of children, and the ideas I had that could adequately explain that, and for a bonus, the theories I came up with also helped explain at least a little bit about how Isabella turned out like this.

For any spergs out there, Nothing I said is verified, and only a fool would treat them as such without independent confirmation using verifiable evidence.

Texas and Virginia both have similar laws on lying to cops in the course of an investigation - the statement needs to be materially false. Lies by themselves aren't enough. Simplified, materially means the lie has to matter to the course of the investigation - and remember, this investigation isn't of her. It's of Chris. So lying about herself isn't material unless it somehow also influences the investigation into Chris i.e. lying about whether she had a call with Chris where he admitted to incest.

I suppose you could argue for federal involvement if she did it over the phone, but the federal law only covers lies to federal officers about federal matters.

Which is lucky for her, because the federal crime is a felony whereas in both Virginia and Texas it's a misdemeanor.

I know everyone wants her to face legal justice. I don't blame them. But the chances that the Virginia and Texas authorities go through all the b.s. involved in figuring out where to prosecute her, then if it's Virginia getting an extradition done etc...for a misdemeanor cause she lied to a cop...are fairly remote. People lie to the cops all the time and very rarely do actual charges come of it unless there's something else and then sometimes it gets tacked on in the same way as you might tack on a resisting arrest to whatever you were arresting them for if they resist.

Gaining this level of infamy is going to at least have some social consequences.

I mean, some people wanted to punish Chris for being a degenerate, but many others aren't big on the thoughtcrime thing. Still, Chris did get numerous run-ins with the law when he did actually illegal stuff in the real world (not counting his current charges). I think just about everyone can agree that the hamster boiling is worthy. If anyone still has the video (and if her voice is in it -- I have not seen the video), that would at least be something to be brought up.

Probably good to clarify that there is every chance possible that Max is still alive and probably in a good home - the rescue by Bella was posted on the 10th and someone found a dog who is possibly Max in a shelter on the 12th

Though I do remember she has claimed in the first Discord leaks to have killed (possibly shot?) a pitbull but fuck knows if that's real, and it sounded like a family pet so I doubt it
