I wrote a bit about my thoughts regarding BPD vs. APD earlier and why I suspect the latter, but HPD is also entirely possible (again, not enough information to be certain).

As a slight aside, a thing about these cluster B disorders is that there is a lot of overlap between all four and it's often extremely difficult to correctly diagnose without in-depth in-person analysis that often involves actually not interviewing the patient but those closest to them (mainly due to possible manipulation by the patient). Due to this major overlap, it's actually possible that Isabella might not fit into any of the diagnoses in the DSM-sense but rather has "a little bit from everything" and these people aren't actually that uncommon who have 1-3 traits from each of different cluster B disorders. This is actually the worse than having any specific, but correctly diagnosed cluster B disorder because, for example, if you have BPD you get prescribed anti-depressants, mood stabilizers, and likely sent to CBT, but if the professional dealing with you cannot pinpoint the underlying causes and be certain in which direction to take the treatment to, the mistreatment rate is extremely high as it is easy to approach the treatment from an incorrect angle. All in all, cluster B is a pain to deal with and how the professionals don't really want to deal with it has a certain truth to it.

Yeah, the site I used to get symptom list has a "differential diagnosis" that I think also helps:

Narcissistic personality disorder : Patients with narcissistic personality disorder also seek attention, but they, unlike those with histrionic personality disorder, want to feel admired or elevated by it; patients with histrionic personality disorder are not so picky about the kind of attention they get and do not mind being thought cute or silly.

Borderline personality disorder : Patients with borderline personality disorder consider themselves bad and experience emotions intensely and deeply; those with histrionic personality disorder do not see themselves as bad, even though their dependence on the reaction of others may stem from poor self-esteem.

I agree with the "not one specific" but there is also some major differences among cluster B that I find people definitely don't pay enough attention to (specifically that the justifications people were having bor BPD are actually the opposite of what BPD is about), and also assaid I want more people to realize that HPD is a thing and the fact it's about attention because it seems to be what people are actually picturing a lot of times when I read people saying BPD or "cluster B" in general, the "wants attention without caring about people much" (as opposed to BPD where they care a lot, just that the "either this person is perfect or completely terrible" makes the way they express their feelings about people appear different).

She's a self-professed sociopath; a common thing with sociopaths is their desire to control others -- this can be through threats or intimidation, through manipulation and persuasion, or whatever else. I think she really, really liked the idea of having so much power and control over someone, especially someone peripherally famous IRL, that she could get them to do anything she wanted. Viewed through this lens, her stated goal of wanting him to kill himself could simply be seen as the ultimate, final proof that she had complete control over him; after all, how much more control can you have over someone than convincing them to end their life?
