I don't understand the mechanics of how everyone found out what they did in order to make a police report. I don't even know what I'd say because all of this stuff is way above me.

That's the thing. If you don't know what you should be doing then don't do anything, there's plenty of weens flooding people with reports already and it wastes time, adds disinfo to the mix, and can even give these people a chance to claim that they're victims being harrassed. There are people out there who do know what they're doing, or are personally involved with these cows, and they're already in contact with the relevant authorities. Also if you've got any info or evidence archive it and post it here, no doubt somebody will pass it along if you do.
