Yeah, I never really said otherwise at all. I was talking about what he had been charged with. To my knowledge, he has only been charged with "incest". "Incest" is not automatically "rape" and to be clear, I was not saying he didn't rape her nor did I say incest was okay or anything like that. The entire point I was getting at is that Chris probably thinks he isn't in deep shit because he's already gotten away with two things that are arguably more serious than an incest charge (which, again, is all I am aware of him being charged with thus far -- none of the released court or holding documents are mentioning rape or abuse or anything). My personal opinion is that he will be charged with rape, abuse, etc. But currently, as in right at this moment, he hasn't been, so that is likely why he is not acting like this is a big deal. Don't confuse all the stuff compiled in these threads about what he did/didn't do with what the DA and court has actually charged him with, because they are not the same thing (at least not at this moment). The context of my posts on this are an explanation of why Chris probly isn't taking this as seriously as he should be. In the US there are jails (basically the ones for low level criminals) and they have video game consoles. I watched this recent local documentary of sorts about what people in jail get for entertainment and they showed, not even joking, an Xbox One and literally everyone in that room is chill. Most of the people in there were people who got arrested for smoking weed in public for recreational use, and they were in the process of being let out because it's now legal.
I looked into it and yeah, states across the US either have PlayStations or Xbox depending on where.
