Not simping for a glownigger, but BUDS (the 24 week training program seals go through to become seals) is a pretty extensive process that weeds out people for both physical and mental issues. The seals don't want psychopaths, and if he father was actually diagnosed as such, he'd be disqualified from that kind of service.
Assuming his diagnoses was prior to his service. If it wasn't, and it was post service, one of the prerequisites now for a diagnosis of ASPD is a childhood diagnosis of ODD(Opposition Defiant Disorder)

Pretentious film critics tend to say a very artistic short film with good cinematography is "kino", but 4chan tends to use it to just mean films.

Hetalkino sounds like it's got something to do with Hetalia, an anime where all the different axis and ally powers in WWII are represented as bishonen cute boys. The title basically translates as "Cute little dumbass Italy".

So either they're talking about watching Hetalia, or (given they've dropped the Italia bit out of the title) they may be talking about watching films of dumbasses. We know that Bella was recording her roommates on spy cameras and this is April, which seems to be before she was kicked out of dorms for doing that.
