Not really. Because if you could dox them, they will be in more trouble than you will. It's most likely not the cause of horrific psycho/socio-pathic behavior, but could have very well "exacerbated" the issue. The main reason I would believe it's toxoplasmosis over fungus, is because of how common toxoplasmosis is, and how its especially commonly found in cats, which she has. Also, It would make the most sense because toxoplasmosis from cats would change her neurological impulses to be attracted to, devour, and ingest cat feces. Unfortunately she does this. So it's most probable she has the parasite because of:

1. Toxoplasmosis is most common from cats.
2. Toxoplasmosis causes neurological attraction to ingest feces.

Not to mention toxo makes women more impulsive and sexually aggressive/promiscuous, which according to someone who knew Bella when they were younger checks out as a more recent development.
