I’ve seen Ripley claim to be intersex multiple times now. Does he understand intersex isn’t an option, that it’s a legit medical condition? Has any proof ever come out to back up his claim of being intersex?

He has claimed to have a micropenis, which while not an intersex condition in of itself, can be a symptom of an intersex condition. Given troons are pathological liars in general and Ripley in particular, it's unclear whether he actually has a true micropenis or not, and even then it's not necessarily indicative that he is medically intersex. I got really curious about this awhile back so I did a lot of disturbing research, and discovered there is a lot of proper medical papers on the subject, so I based my conclusions on those.

The answer is "maybe". It sometimes does, sometimes doesn't. It depends on the person and how well the procedure goes.

Having a micropenis makes it easier apparently to maintain the ability to get an erection, as does being in good physical shape, and having the right diet. Apparently the various hormones produced elsewhere in the body can do enough to enable an erection for some people, while other people will need the added production of their testicles.

Snipping the balls can cause additional issues related to blood flow, which can sometimes be due to the doc not being careful enough, our just because there wasn't enough clearance and standard human variance leading to scar tissue getting in the way. The human body is quite complicated and varies a bit from person to person, especially when it comes to hormone levels.

Plenty of drugs will still work if he needs to fuck something and can't get it up, assuming blood flow isn't damaged by the chop.

Most troons have small or odd shaped penises. Wedge has a wedge. Yaniv had an egg. Kevin had an enlarged clit of a dick.
Some type of medical record saying that Ripley has ovaries would be the only proof we could hope to see to lend credence to his intersex claim. Otherwise he (like Yaniv) is perpetrating a legit medical condition for either sympathy or… Christ I don’t even know. I fucking hate these people.

There are only about 60 disorders of sexual development in humans. Diagnosing them is pretty easy with modern medical technology. We actually can tell which chromosomes a person has. Lying about being intersex is basically a free space on troon bingo. I think Ripley is a liar.
