No fucking way. I've known addicts. They do depraved shit to get their fix, but they won't boil hamsters for shits n giggles or put estrogen in their "friends" food and laugh at it. There's nothing that made her this way except her severe mental disorders. And those are no justification for it either. There are plenty of people who are rarted in the head and manage fine. This is her responsibility, and there are no redeeming factors.
