The Lack of Hygiene of Bella Janke - The Fungal Jungle of Texas Tech

I'm curious as to why she deteriorated. As another user mentioned, she used to be obsessed with keeping her room clean. In older pictures, she had cleaning materials and no fungi on her fingernails and no bleeding. The scurvy could be from no one cooking for her so she goes out and buys unnutritious food. But the hygiene is something else.

Mental illness just does that to people. Depressed people see basic tasks as back breaking labors, and I guess crazies are too preoccupied with their obsessions to think about scrubbing the filth off now and again.

That type of infection is easily treatable with a razor, file and nitric acid. Maybe if she stuck her foot in a fungal colony and kept it there all the time it could work even without a compromised immune system. Her nail looks as if it was thoroughly corroded.

No, you can't get it that bad under normal circumstances, no matter how neglectful you are.

Honestly with how bad her diet is I doubt she's getting any vitamin C so scurvy is highly likey. Scurvy causes old scars/wounds to re-open, pair that with her affinity for rolling around in cat piss and she is on a fast track to getting an infection that just might put her 6 feet under. I need to go wash my hands with fucking acid if you'll excuse me.

Have to say, part of me was sceptical about the ILJ hygiene stories - kind of like 'demonise the troll that went too far'. Then i saw the photos, then the discord leaks, then the reddit posts.

Holy shit.

Seems like she has some serious mental health problems that have contributed to her current state.

No armchair psychologist, but it'd explain the flipflopping from OCD 'i can't clean my room enough' to being a walking contagion vector for god knows what new / undiscovered pathogens.

Lurking a bit and reading all the posts I hope that daddy ILJ or whatever steps in and gets her some support / psychological help / blasts her with bleach and fungicide - not necessarily in that order.

Today my cat vomited some undigested food on the hardwood. I immediately jumped out of my bed, got some paper towels and some special cleaning wipes, picked up the kitty, hugged her and let her know nothing's wrong and started cleaning. While I was doing all that, my stupid brain jumped to the: What would ILJ do in this situation?
  • She would probably kick the cat
  • Put her hands and feet in the vomit and play with it
  • Taste it
  • Rub one out
  • Let it there so it can be enjoyed another day
I have a talent for making myself sick.
