Isabella Loretta Janke gets investigated repeatedly at Texas Tech - Investigation ongoing, university action said to be imminent

Speaking as someone who worked in vet med my guess would be urine-scald. Yes, you're right like any creature's feet are evolved to occasionally walk in muck. HOWEVER that is occasionally and in a temporary contact not a sustained contact with no air flow for long periods.

Cut for graphic description of animal neglect.

In nearly all neglect cases where an animal (or person) has been confined in a small space (and in our case a closet of unknown size), you get urine scald be it cat, dog, horse, hamster etc. I've seen a lot of it in my time. It can even happen in non-neglect cases where the animal is just so ill/elderly they don't move as much as they should.

Urine is usually close to neutral on the pH scale but it can become more acidic or basic depending on diet and internal factors. More so if it's concentrated.

So here's the situation, poor Max is being neglected, and that means little water. So his urine becomes mildly basic or acidic, and he can only relieve himself in that small space. Well soon it becomes soaked in not just urine but also feces. Though only mildly basic or acidic the urine begins breaking down the skin, especially between the toes. As Max was a dachshund he was low to the ground anyway, so likely it didn't take long to travel up the legs. There's little airflow and feces is full of bacteria. It doesn't take long for infection to set in. Infection so severe you get amputation.

And trust me none of this is fun to type out but I am speaking as someone who has seen this exact scenario a lot.

Poor pupper:(

So you've answered the question of the specific infliction to befall poor Max but there's still a glaring question.

How could urine-scalding happen in a communal building?

Correct me if I'm wrong but urine-scalding most often happens in kennels with hard floors with a surface that lets the urine stagnate, like concrete. How could that much urine build up in an apartment within a communal building without provoking a superintendent?

I realize the info we have on Bella mentions a stinky apartment but not to this level, the flood of stagnating urine that's needed to rot away feet would be costic to anyone near by. There is no chance this could happen in a communal building.

Maybe, but Bella also mentioned that her roommate once pissed on the floor of the bathroom and she rolled around in it because she loved the smell so I don't exactly doubt that her apartment was filthy enough to fuck Max up

True, but that doesn't bode well for their general living conditions either
A gross trashy stinky dorm rooms and an environment so caustic that it rots a dog's feet away are not the same.

One is nasty and we joke about it.

The other is so toxic that it would be condemned.

We're talking about an accumulation of biological waist so severe that it rots the feet off a dog, vs. Some poops and pees that make a room stinky. There's a big difference.

In one of the more recent discord leaks someone mentions them keeping Max in a closet. Lord help me it's hard keeping up with all the leaks so I forget which one it was in, but if they were keeping him in a small room and not cleaning up after him, that could explain it as well.

It could be that but I think it’s more likely he was an energetic young dog who had no attention or stimulation and probably resorted to gnawing his own paws out of anxiety.

It was driving me crazy how a dog could end up with amputated feet, but untreated stress biting would do it. I’ve known dogs with neurotic tendencies and separation anxiety who would bite or lick themselves until they created wounds but their owners actually cared and fixed the fucking underlying issue.

She makes it really hard not to be MOTI *sigh*

Came in contact with a dachshund with 3 legs and had urine scald at one point, so I’m going to add onto that world burning topic.

The dog before it got to me lived in an apartment with an elderly woman with mobility issues, and when it was living with her the leg was medically amputated. Don’t officially know why.

When I came to pick up this dog from the apartment just walking up to the open front door made my eyes tear from the ammonia.

The owner had been hospitalized for 3 months and apartment maintenance was feeding and letting the dog out as much as they could but clearly it wasn’t working.

By the time I got the dog it had what looked like shiny red chemical burns all over the pads of the feet, backs of the legs, stomach…..after taking the dog to the vet it had multiple systemic infections and it died shortly after.

I genuinely can’t conceive of having conditions that godawful in a shared dorm because I’ve never smelled anything like that apartment before.

The only thing that makes sense is if she kept him in the closet and never let him out, ever.

That I don't know but my conjecture is a small, poorly ventilated closet may hold in the stink but you're right in that would depend on location and we don't know the exact set-up. I have certainly seen neglected dogs left in closets but these were all in free-standing family homes. Carpet soaks up urine after all.

But Jeffrey Dahmer had several rotting bodies in tubs and in his fridge while he lived in an apartment and despite the stench, wasn't even on police radar when his last victim escaped so....who knows?

Texas Tech is constantly deleting all comments on their twitter page.

Are they trying to protect the cunt?

TTU blocking.png

(pic no mine)
TTU is blocking students who ask them anything on twitter. On the TTU discord they've been saying how TTU has been scrubbing their entire social media of any mention to Bella and anyone asking.

THe protest.png

Some students are doing their best to bring attention to Bella and other problems. Some are wondering if its too short notice to gain traction, but this tweet already has 14 likes, which is pretty decent considering the initial tweet.

On the Topic of Title XI, if it happened online, they dont do anything because they can't prove its you. And if they do something they won't enforce it. Essentially you're on your own and TTU offers zero protection or care to students who likely had to pay a metric ton of money to get into a collage they likely didn't want to get into but have no other choice. TTU seems to know how vulnerable their students are and expect them to do nothing. Bella already proved how ineffective Title XI is at doing its job, and what other students have said, its just there for necessity.

EDIT: Without fail TTU has removed the tweet, they're not removing posts as fast as they used to.

The sad truth of the matter is... School isn’t going to do shit. Why? Well, because her glowie dad absolutely donates to the school. With the money he has, likely tens of thousands. They’ll probably pass on doing any kind of investigation because of that fact alone. That’s why the school is silencing this... Don’t underestimate the power of the dollar.

“Umm pwease don’t let my daughters antics get out? $50,000 donation if you cover it up uwu “

it’s that easy.

Dealing with some serious financial firepower here. Mike Janke is going to do everything and anything to protect his fuck angel. If you’re not scared of that, you can bet your ass he has a top-shelf legal team. We’re in over our heads here.... Money, power, influence versus a bunch of autists on the internet.

Yeah. The only thing that counteracts a unified financial and legal opposition is an organic protest put on by local students, and that takes them being a) informed b) passionate and c) present. A half-decent organizer could get that going pretty easily with some graphics and communication skills, but it really has to be organic and done by the student body.

Not up to us! We're just watching the shit show. Fingers crossed it happens, though, because that'll definitely push the story forward. :)

I don’t think it’d be enough.

A major issue is that the main thing that she’s being accused for - what she did to Chris Chan - would fall on deaf ears. Anybody can be made out to be a villain and slandered... cancelled... whatever... but what makes traction for public awareness is the narrative. Sometimes it’s political, sometimes it involves celebrities people care about... just some kind of narrative to make people get passionate about the topic at hand. That’s what raises awareness and, in return, gets action and results. We care so much about this because our most sacred lolcow got tipped (hence why it’s a major talking point and investigation) but the general public and average zoomer doesn’t know who the fuck Chris Chan is. It’s the Chris Chan narrative that’s really the icing on the cake and most recently well documented evidence of why Bella is a wicked fucking cunt.

Unfortunately with self-obsessed college zoomers it’s just like... “Oh it’s some crazy bitch... but they don’t have solid evidence. Woopdie doo.... Why should I care? Back to TikTok”

They have no reason to fight. The school has every reason to silence. Situation is pretty fucked here.

You make some great points here about how important narrative (a function of perspective) is. I retract it needing a half-decent organizer and some graphics/posts. Maybe one or two skilled organizers who really give a shit and know Lubbock and can drive interest through a well-maintained Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and etc. could pull it off. Kids aren't so passive nowadays...then again, it's Texas. I see some of the Aug. 20th protest images shared on Twitter being about trans rights and animal abuse. I don't think leaning on that is gonna get the people riled up. Texas doesn't really give a shit about that, even if it's a Uni town. Gotta appeal to the community - their perspective - to let a narrative do work for you.

All in all, I'm in agreement with ya. Prospect of getting milk from the school isn't so hot.

It’s the kind of thing you need to approach with a broader scope. What would really help is if someone big talked about it... An influencer. Maybe a YouTuber like Cr1tikal, Pewdiepie, Idubbz... or maybe you can get a hashtag trending... If you can turn it into the latest internet drama and encourage people to read up on their Christory, you could get the ball rolling. I think it’s a topic a lot of people would eat up if properly exposed to it... it’s definitely an interesting subject with a lot of twists and turns. Naturally, any internet drama and discussion would flow onto the campus if it blew up enough online.
