In 5 years time Russell will have skewed the events so much in his mind that he sees it as

"...and then Skordas punched Greer, right in court! Him and the judge and the ballif formed a circle around Greer and started kicking him and saying "you aren't disabled," invalidating Greer's entire plight."
The best part is how his outlook on mental illness has shifted since the trial. That, and how the judge was almost clairvoyant about the whole "electronic communications harassment" thing.

Seriously, anyone who hasn't read that transcript (or listened to @The Great Citracett 's video) has to experience it.

Sounds about right. Russ is such a loser I am anxious to see if he will ever start a troon arc… “sleep with me or you’re transphobic!” Seems in line with that he’s said or done.
I’ve half expected a troon saga from him too. Especially when he realises he doesn’t actually have to change a single thing about his appearance to claim troon oppression.

I always had an idea that he was gay so it wasn’t a complete shock to learn he’s bi. He doesn’t lust after instathots because that’s what he’s attracted to - he does it because he thinks that’s what straight men are attracted to. His whole quest to fuck 10/10’s is all about presenting an image of himself as one of life’s winners. Ok, we’ll just pretend you’re not a complete failure at everything you’ve ever tried, and ignore your face melting off the side off your greasy head to marvel at the blessed life you have paying hookers to go to Olive Garden with you Russ.

I'm gonna pull a Russ and say that you guys are going to fucking love what he just filed.

Edit: Horrible formatting kept intact, here is... whatever the fuck this is supposed to be. I don't even know what to say about this. Skordas, the tweets, it's just... how is this real. It's like he's trying to prove the adage about pro se representation.

He decides to admit- unprompted and in an unnecessary court filing- to abusing the legal system in his previous suit against Taylor Swift- and then complains that Skordas is the REAL bully by absolutely destroying Russ (legally) again and again.
No need to clip each page manually people, have a link https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/online/pdf-to-jpg.html

That’s the first time I’ve heard the concept of “fake sued”, fucking LOL!

How kind of Greer to openly inform the court that he has abused the legal system previously, and is a convicted stalker! Honest Content indeed!

The best part, aside from the multiple amateurish: “Those close to Greer believe...” (Are they lawyers? Psychologists? Experts of any kind? Why would the court give two fucks what some random person believes about any of this?!) gotta be how absolutely butthurt he is about both Skordas and the “unfair” stalking case against him!

Is there anymore info about Slurpy getting angry at his lawyer for not appealing? Sounds pretty lulzy!

Oh and PROTIP: If you ever sue someone, mentioning previous criminal cases against you for no reason and how “unfair” they were, might not be a great idea.

My eyes nearly popped out in horror at the thought. Thanks for the nightmare fuel.

The best part is that he takes webpage screen shots with his phone and doesn't even attempt to maintain the correct aspect ratios when attaching them to his document.

I think you mean: “Ssshhsleeeff wiff mee orru thrannsffhoficc”?

Russ going troon wouldn’t surprise me, though it’d be a fatal mistake on his part.

His beard is the only thing somewhat successfully hiding the Lovecraftian horror that is his 24-7 open toad mouth. Shaving it off would make him look even more horrific than he already does.

Guess he could always be one of those weirdo, bearded “genderqueer” troons?

He even admits he harassed her, just "not that much." It's like a wife beater claiming "I didn't hit her that much, I shouldn't go to jail!"
Also, can you appeal a guilty plea? His lawyer surely told him he'd be looking at jail time if he insisted on a trial.
Russ is right about something. I am indeed miserable.

In fact I'm famous for it.
I'm miserable too. We all are. Russ is of course the picture of happiness and contentment. Happy people sue others non-stop right?

Do you think that would stop him though, or just fuel his need to explain over and over?
Absolutely the second. Sure, he would have his usual month or so silence as he licks his narc wounds and rewrites the events in his trauma-lumped head where nothing is his fault, but it wouldn't stop him. It never stops him. Retconning things where he is a poor disabled victim is his usual go to, you can see it in his book and even his old boss said so. And he MUST tell people the new version of history, except he slowly alienated everyone who would listen to him, so he bitches and whines in legal documents because the judge/clerks of the court/paralegals/opposing council have to read his screeds. Russel's need to explain away all his failures is an inherent part of his being; even if he got the biggest legal beat-down in mankind's judicial history and got declared vexatious litigant, he would sue from a different state, write another book, bitch on social media or shit out a couple more songs about his plights. Because in his mind everyone is bias, he is constantly misrepresented and discriminated against, Russel is the eternal victim.

Greer's signature is just awful.
A signature projects a lot about the person, in Greer's case he projects some sort of puppet version of himself.

Probably my favorite episode of Law and Order ever.

The only nitpick I’d have would be the subtitles.

Every time Greer speaks, a suitable subtitle would be “Slurpy sounds”.

The following year, Greer went to a concert in SLC and was man-handled and discriminated by the security of Ariana Grande. Greer also met Ariana at a before-show meet and greet and she was very discriminating against Greer (was very unknind to him because of his facial disability and appearance). But because Greer was still facing heat for the Swift incident, Greer lied and said that the concert was fun, when deep down he was deeply hurt and had written Grande's manager for an apology, but he didn't want to cause drama. That's all he wanted was an apology. (LOTS OF RAMBALING LATER) Greer filed a small claims suit against Grande based on a violation of that law. Skordas had the audacity at the small claims trial to openly call Greer not disabled, when in fact federal law defines a disability as one or more ailments that limit an essential activity. Being born with a facial disability and having people understand every other word that is spoken in a slurred "accent" is most definitely a disability. Greer was fuming when Skordas berated him openly like that; Skordas was awarded attorney fees and waited a year to even collect by sending an officer to Greer's house with court documents.

Could Skordas please stop defending against his lolsuits, it's harassment.

Also, can you appeal a guilty plea?
Here's what FindLaw says:
A motion to withdraw your guilty plea means you are asking the judge to let you take your plea back. It must be in writing and must explain why the judge should allow you to change your mind.

It's important to note that "buyer's remorse" is not a good reason to withdraw a guilty plea. Meaning, just because you're alleged to have committed a robbery and saw a defendant get acquitted for the same offense on your favorite crime show, doesn't mean you can now withdraw your plea.
So when can a person appeal their conviction after a guilty plea? Typically, this can be done in cases where there is "good cause." Good cause can include:
  • Whether there's any factual basis for the plea;
  • Whether the defendant understood the charges against them; and
  • Whether the defendant was informed of their Constitutional rights (right to trial, right to counsel).

Greer was being a “shock jock” back then (ala Howard Stern)
Greer, you’re not a shock jock unless you’re a ”jock”, and you’ve never worked as an announcer in your life, because when you talk you sound (and spit) like the inside of a washing machine.

Saying rude and idiotic things on Twitter isn’t ”being a shock jock”, it’s called “making an ass of yourself”. Which is something you do all the time.
