Youtubers in downward spirals always delude themselves into thinking it's all about muh algorithm and muh bell icon and there's just nothing they could do. Linkara has 127k subs, most of which he gained in the glory days of Channel Awesome, and his channel is 15 years old now - how many of those subs are dead accounts? If I had to guess I'd say he has around 25k active subs (which roughly aligns with the average viewership for AT4W episodes), and suddenly those numbers make a lot more sense.

Yeah, being randomly picked up by the algorithm is a huge help, but acting like it's the only way to be successful is just a desperate attempt to shift the blame ("if only Youtube wasn't deliberately hiding my content from my loyal fanbase I would get the numbers I truly deserve!") when other channels with healthy, loyal followings have no trouble getting consistent numbers. Doing the same shit he did 10 years ago in a different ecosystem just doesn't cut it anymore, but I guess it's beneath the Lightbringer to adapt to his audience.

I know I'm late but that rant about HOPR and not really enjoying it anymore is super indicative of how entitled some of these "content creator" schmucks are.

Isn't he about to cover Beast Morphers? That means
1) he's on the home stretch
2) he's past the worst of the worst

I know it's not saying much but Beast Morphers and Dino Fury are solid compared to the fucking dreck that he's already covered. Not only are the worst seasons are in your rearview, but you're close to the point that you won't have to make one for a fucking while, my guy. I guess he wouldn't be Linky if he was capable of just bottling it up and soldiering on.
