I think he might unironically resign. Not just because it's the easiest way out of this shit situation, but also because they can just put Kamala (slaaaaaaaay queen) in power so it's no big deal.

Otherwise, I don't think Biden will try blaming Trump. He's not a Twitter bootlicker, he doesn't need to try to make it not his fault. He might just say "oops"and say they'll do all they can to help the poor Afghan refugees and call it a day. No way he's saying we're retaking the country.
