To add again, the problem with this position they have latched onto is that they are acting like all of us are screaming about "leaving" Afghanistan being the issue when everyone (except maybe the lincoln project fags) supports it. The problem is the complete mismanagement of the process.
The situation can be summed up as a neighborhood with a blighted house that everyone wants gone and has been a source of injuries for years, so to remove the house the city fills it with barrels of gasoline and sets it on fire. The burning house explodes and promptly turns into an inferno that engulfs the entire block. Then the mayor gets up and says "I will not risk one more fireman to deal with this house that should have been removed by the Owner years ago" as the neighborhood and town burns to the ground.
Yes, the now very angry people in the neighborhood most certainly wanted the house gone, but they did not want to loose there entire town in the process.
