US Joe Biden News Megathread - The Other Biden Derangement Syndrome Thread (with a side order of Fauci Derangement Syndrome)

Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I honestly believe Kabul is going to be the first major breaking point of not just the Biden admin but the entire post 9/11 world order. Slowly, then all at once.
Reality is better than fiction, if that's true, and I agree.
Yeah, but fuck that cuck.

That idiot and his administration are the hallmark of GOP sleepiness and straight-up constituent loathing.
Yeah I'm just saying how it could be portrayed. Most of the republicans are just as guilty in all of this and don't honestly give a shit about these people, they just want to shout "See we're not racist!!!"

We had a dea
Woodrow Wilson is still seen as a decent president, even with the current trend to try and brand him a horrible racist.

If anything, Buchanan and Hoover and Andrew Johnson and to a lesser extent Nixon and Carter and Bush II, are the gold standards for horrible Presidents.
Wilson is the one that turned the Democratic Party down the path of statism, embraced the use of a violent militant wing, dragged us into a war we had no business being in, laid the foundations of the rise of Nazi Germany, and gave us the “temporary” income tax.
He can burn in hell, along with FDR and Johnson.

edit: had a draft reply, and fucked it up because I’m exceptional.

Not to mention how delusional and ineffectual he actually was in foreign policy. His "league of nations" pipe dream was the world's biggest pipe dream till the UN came along

he should be ripped for leaving the majority of them to twist in the wind and essentially signing their death warrants.
They'll be added to the long, long, list. Remember, we spent half a billion to set up and provide Gender Studies degrees over there. Bet all those Gender Studies students are shitting their collective pants while they wait to be rounded up and shot.

What I'm hoping and praying it will be (gimme rainbows) is the death knell of the Experts™️ and the administrative state. They have forfeited any and all claims to integrity, legitimacy, or crexibility.
'Experts' are always going to exist as long as the administrative state and MSM does.

Their death knell will arise on the occasion that the US federal government becomes disrupted, or limited in its reach.

Tim Pool could be cheaply and seamlessly replaced by a text-to-speech program mated to a RSS feed.
Listen listen listen, back when I worked for VICE, I am a half-Korean skater. I haven't taken a day off in years to protect my brand. Then a porn company stole my name and I'm suing them. Andy Ngo deserved it, harumph!

It's complicated.

So what's the geopolitical landscape going to look like from now on? the entire world has witnessed the US military be humiliated by goatfuckers from the stone age and the US administration essentially try to run away from responsability while blaming their ally.

China has already started eyeing Taiwan and Russia has moved to fuck with our oil supply. Biden's administration is going to be an interesting time for us.

People will not look to the US for leadership and probably invest in their own nuclear arsenals regardless of non-proliferation treaties. After all, we all know nuclear bombs are the great equalizer in war. Potentially, international trade could be effected as the perception of US force projection becomes more questionable.

I paid $35 for gas to fill up my car when the fuel light came on. I believe this is the most I've ever paid, unless I'm forgetting a slightly higher bill somewhere.

I am in a cheaper southeastern state. It will only get worse. At least we don't have "malarkey" or something though right? No malarkey?

China and Russia are looking to cause pain in order to get leadership in Washington DC to finally realize that the unipolar moment is over and ended two Presidents ago. These moves are to try to get Washington to get back to actual diplomacy and are highly unlikely to cause any further escalation. The media and partisans will frame it as the end of the world though.

The fact of the matter is that the rest of the world is already operating under a Great Powers paradigm again while the United States is clinging for a rope that isn't even there anymore. And it isn't exactly difficult to get back on track. If the United States starts operating more as a equitable or pragmatic partner in a geopolitical sense, it diminishes the need for other large countries to hold a more aggressive stance.

Putting Biden/the managerial class back into power is a major problem for everyone. At least with Trump you had a willingness to adjust to new ideas and to try new things. With the deep state back in power it's going to be more of the same American arrogance on the world's stage.

And for what it is worth, it wasn't arrogant of Trump to ask Europe to pay what they agreed to. That is just being pragmatic.

Good old Biden bringing back the Obama era, you can tell by the gas prices. No mean tweets but my cost of living is doubling; I will take the mean tweets again, thanks.
