I heard rumors that they'd already been planning to do this for awhile (and exactly for this reason - to hide Captain Dementia's overwhelming unpopularity). Anyone else getting the same issue? I'm like 20 pages behind so not sure if it's been mentioned already.

Also as much as it pains me to say, the reality is that 2024 will be more about who trump chooses to be vp when he runs than it will be about trump. He may be blessed with a few more years of steam but it will be all about the VP pick at that point. Just another reason to hate the democrats, they robbed us of another solid 4 years. Biden has taken us back to shit status. Hell, with Trump at the helm if he had been able to work without interference? We'd probably be on track for government mandated waifus and holodecks by 2024.

I won't oppose him out of hand for his age, but I will take it into consideration and take a long, careful look at his health and energy going in. And I will taker a lot longer and harder look at his VP than the dems did for harris.

Oh he was drugged to hell and back, Keith Richards told him to tone it down. Barely made it to the 20 minute mark after being 50 minutes late as is and from what I got to see before the Fox stream shit itself, the cocktail was wearing off faster as each minute passed. Stuttering more than I do, making word salads that technically if you squint so hard East Asians would look bug-eyed were about what he was asked but were a mess of words that didn't amount to anything, had a hard time reading the reporters names on his cue cards.

Corruption, graft, nepotism and vote rigging is well entrenched and has been for decades. They will double down.

We don't live in a democracy and none of the politicians sprouting platitudes about free and fair elections believe what they say. If you believe otherwise I have a bridge in Brooklyn I can sell you, special price, just for you.
