To power level: Here in Miami my local Gay and Lesbian center works hard as hell to get prostituted teens and women off the streets which is hell itself because you aren’t simply providing food and shelter but also psychological and drug dependency help (drugs are mainly used as a method to cope, escape or lose inhibition) which is expensive, takes time and there are many.

I absolutely don't think tranny womb transplants will ever lead to viable pregnancies, but I do think there is a good chance that they'll bully doctors into shoving wombs into their pelvic cavities regardless, just so they can pretend to have periods and maybe stick a few poor doomed embryos in there. It's wildly unethical, but then so are most tranny surgeries and they have ma'ampaged their way into getting those on demand already. If it happens there will be a few years of AGPs dying off in droves and then finally an article in Vice asking "Is medical transphobia to blame for uterus transplant deaths?" and then they will move on to something else.

Most of these AGPs have no actual interest in kids (they abandon their own when they do have them), are notoriously non-compliant medical patients, and could not handle a pregnancy even if it was physically possible. Which suggests to me that the womb envy is more about fetishism and owning the TERFs rather than wanting a uterus that can grow an actual baby.

I've seen a bunch make this claim, and there's a few things it might be tbh. The main thing is this likely isn't osteoporosis though. A lot of them claim shit like the one here that they lost 2 inches in a matter of 9 months, but osteoporosis isn't that fast at eating bones and they won't have been on estrogen long enough to really cause that big of a problem. 2 inches is a ton of lost of height.

If I were to wager, either they are literally taking their height wrong or they slouch more now. A lot of TiMs deliberately slouch a lot to try and look smaller, if you look most of them carry themselves with a little bit of a forced hunchback and that could account for what they describe in this small amount of time.

EDIT: Actually now that I think about it, taking estrogen in theory shouldn't cause osteoporosis in TiMs but rather stopping it would. Women are more prone to it, but you normally see it set in for women post-menopause not pre- which would mean lower estrogen levels is what is causing it in them. Not sure now how that would work.

It is 100% about fetishism. Pregnancy is an extremely common fetish among AGPs, one of the most common from what I've seen. But not actually having children, they don't fetishize that. Hence why you'll never hear a tranny wax philosophical about "never being able to have kids," only "never being able to get pregnant." I'm glad they don't fetishize having kids though, because a tranny having kids would be automatic child abuse.
