So, its either a dude or a girl. It would be a PR disaster if they try to get a trans person or a nonbinary person and then decide to call them "it". It would not be surprising if it was just the JP branch, but the girls being EN would know better and likely warn them about it.

I feel like if you really did wanna go balls deep on the lore, you'd give the personalities time to get into their character, then go in on social media posts and standalone videos so it isn't ad-libbed. This also gives it some form of control to create a narrative. Instead you're basically throwing the girls in without a script and telling them to make something interesting. I think HoloLore is unnecessary, but if you're going to do it, at least give it breathing room. Fans will make shit up on their own regardless of your attempts anyway, and that would give people time to write up ideas.

I'm leaning towards it being a forward facing account for En management. And now that I think of it, the "It" is because it will be an account used by multiple people, though at the moment the only En managers I know a women, but that could change in the future.

To put it into perspective, I'll use FFXIV as an example. FFXIV's staff has a lore guy. They have community reps, directors, official twitter accounts, etc but they have a lore guy. He's the guy who gets to give in-lore explanations to why and how X does Y, not the developmental reasons behind it. I got the feeling Omega might be the lore guy since this is all confusing as fuck.
