It doesn't matter if they were "together" at the timeOut of curiosity - couldn't his defense claim it wasn't "revenge" since they were still dating at the time it was released?

What I meant was that he released it for the purpose of bragging about scoring rather than "revenge", right? It doesn't matter if they were "together" at the time
It doesn't matter, he distributed prurient (obscene, really) material of Faith without her consentWhat I meant was that he released it for the purpose of bragging about scoring rather than "revenge", right?
Are you sure it wasn't seething? I always get the two mixed up.No wonder Ralph has been coping extra hard on Twitter. He's being lined up for yet another L in court and he's worried the Retort will once again be aborted.
He sent it to her ex while she was in a mental hospital unable to be contacted. There was no way to acquire consent even if it was to brag. Being in a mental hospital also brings up the question of if she could have consented at the time anyway.Out of curiosity - couldn't his defense claim it wasn't "revenge" since from what I recall he released it to some buddies to brag about scoring with a young woman?
You say this like its a bad thing for the kid. No child deserves the Gunt. Better for mom to tell him his Daddy died fighting the Taliban. This man has spent more time in court than with his newborn child, and not because he's fighting the custody
No. The prosecutor put things on hold long before jeopardy attached.Isn't reinstating charges double jeopardy?
This is Ralph we're talking about. So almost certainly #2.Either they got new/better evidence, or Ralph was on some kind of deferred prosecution agreement and violated it.
If the Prosecutor had cause to revisit his decision not to proceed, he's not going to be in a forgiving mood.I said this last time round, if they actually take a look at the evidence here Ralph is fucked. Not from the US, but is it reasonable to assume that because they're deciding to reopen the case that they will be less inclined to let him off this time round?
It could be many things. I think it’s a pretty safe assumption though that the decision to dismiss Ralph’s charges came with some conditions, and Ralph violated those conditions. In other words, I don’t think they have new evidence or something like that. The evidence was pretty strong from the beginning. He committed the crime in front of a live audience after all.Could this be related to the images of Xander and Faith that Ralph confirmed dropped on /cow/?
It is just dissemination of images and like Faith said, one of the ones posted on /cow/ was a canary image only sent to ralph. I know they weren't explicit but it might be related.
Hey, it means Ethan will finally get that exclusive interview.Guess Chris is gonna have a new bunkmate in the fatass retard sex offender wing of Virginia State Penitentiary
Ralph is one of those small percentage idiots in that 5% who will go to trial just on the chance the judge or jury sees it in his favor. He's dumb enough to do this, just need to sit and wait.Unfortunately (for us), about 95% of criminal charges end in a plea bargain.
This time he'll be able to ask his celly Chris Chan to look it up on her Nintendo DS web browser. It would be amazing if this became a repeat of his first time in jail with the horse instead of Nora reporting to him regularly what people are saying about him on kf and eventually creating an account to defend him and make vague statements about him being innocent.
It's funny that one of the things that would bother him the most if he were to be sent to jail again, is that he doesn't know what people are saying about him online.
I'm sure it's already been said, but, THE RALPHAMALE WINS AGAIN BABY!Well ladies and guntlemen, I bring great news. Despite Ralph claiming there were "no special circumstances" listed on page 1 of like 3 of the dispensation paperwork, and despite claiming the case wasn't nolle prosequi'd but rather was dismissed outright, I can now confirm to you lovely people that indieed, Ethan Ralph's charges for revenge porn for releasing the sex tape of Faith have been reinstated. His arraignment was held 13 August 2021, his next court date is 10 September.
To qualify for a public defender, you have to basically be poorer than dirt. In some locations, you can't even have a used car in your name as the argument is that you could sell your car for a lawyer retainer.Hypthetical legal question: if the court determines that Ralph financially qualifies for a public defender, would his eligibility be revised if he went on to simultaneously pay for an attorney in a civil suit against nool?
