I learned a little about this when trying to get info on Chris. What is available is a list of convicted and whether or not they have fees left to pay. None of those are current cases. The only way to get current case info is to call in or visit the clerk of the court and they will only give it out if all parties involved are adults.

I put Ralph's name into the general case search and this comes up:
