After a few days of deep dives on Tess and Victoria, I'm so here for a munchie that isn't so intensely unattractive.

They don’t exist.

Pretty girls with BPD start OnlyFans accounts for attention like normal, and just use their boyfriends to source their drug of choice.

Danger-haired gals who have lost the aesthetic lottery have to pander to genuinely unfortunate disabled or chronically ill individuals who are tricked into thinking the munchies are “heroes” and “brave” for managing to do basic grooming tasks that real sick people struggle with, so they are tricked into being fangirls of the very people who prey on their community.

Her behaviors and apperance leading up the the hospitalist gave me what I want were clear cut withdrawals. The earlier videos of her itching and talking about hiccups were her high coming down.

How much do you want to bet the nurse was actually a patient advocate? I find it strange she is never hospitalized at thr hospital her neurologist has privileges at but will happily go to other area ERs and hospitals and than be upset she isn't getting the narcotics she so loves. (Please note: the hospital her neurologist is at has rooms that different from other area hospitals.)

The eye patch being off should be a red flag to anyone, I havr never met an out of hospital complaint patient only to refuse to do it at tge hospital.

Tess is so inconstience she can't even keep her story straight for doctors. I agree that without a doubt alcohol is involved. She has talked about pallative care off and one, and the hospital closest to her does have it, however I think she trying an a la Morgan thinking its a restaurant menu of meds.

She’s 30 or 32. She celebrated her 20-something birthday publicly in 2012 (I saw 21st, someone as made a comment elsewhere that she is 32). She clearly doesn’t look 23, and I’m unsure why she or someone else is perpetuating that myth. Maybe because her antics are juvenile?

She has exactly 1 year of experience as a real estate agent. Prior to that, she worked the Las Vegas nightclub scene. She got suddenly sick in May after her wedding when she was expected to become a real estate agent in NC, while moving back home with her mother (and husband.)

I think she’s a case of “fake something to prove my opinion on a topic was right,” but her thyroid saga, social media history, and time working the night clubs makes me think she just adores attention.

Sounds legit. Maybe you didn't get a feeding tube because you couldn't get the symptoms of your alleged disorder correct.

This is why these people are so frustrating to me. A child has apparently rapid onset abdominal pain and everyone’s like “it’s gastroparesis!” I have never met anyone with confirmed GP who had severe stabbing pain from it, mostly just nausea/vomiting and bloating-type pain. Stabbing is a first for me. But you know what does cause sharp stomach pain? Things like GERD and gastritis and ulcers, which are very treatable. An endoscopy would have found an ulcer if it was there and it probably would have found gastritis if it was that severe, but maybe those are old and need to be redone or something. The kid’s symptoms are more consistent with a normie treatable illness than GP.
Also if she’s referring to a scopolamine patch, that kid’s gonna be sick as fuck when she stops using it if she’s been on it the whole three months she’s been sick. Apparently you’re supposed to use them for up to 3 DAYS because longer use and cause withdrawal symptoms.

Maybe, but I expect "long covid" to be the bigger grift. The supposed symptoms consist of pretty much anything because there's no definitive list and mostly consist of stuff that is subjectively reported and seen in people who are just depressed, lazy, fat, neurotic, and let themselves go even worse than usual sitting at home by themselves living off stimulus cash and delivery for the last while. Main "symptoms" are brain fog, non-specific aches, fatigue and insomnia, heart palpitations, and getting winded easily. People who discover they have covid antibodies but had no symptomatic infection they were aware of are even claiming it now, which is fucking absurd ("long covid" originally referred to people who were ICU-level sick and their physical condition so poor that they took multiple turns for the worse and took weeks or months to clear the infection because of their shitty immune system). It's got all the features of munchie/malingerer/hypochondriac favorites like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and chronic Lyme, and everyone is too chicken shit to call them on it. We will undoubtedly see some fake vaccine injury hilarity but probably not as much because it typically requires some type of objective or observable symptoms as opposed to the vagueness of "long covid" which doctors might take seriously and potentially even get you interviewed on TV.

I dohope we'll see some actual munchies play act that they stroked out after getting the vax though, malingerers and neurotics making excuses for laziness and fat is common as dirt and a lot less funny.
