Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

This is one problem I don’t think Jazz has to worry about. He’s totally gonna start drinking though, he’ll be 21 in like 2 months, and binge eaters + introduction of alcohol is not a great mix.
He's going to gain a shitload of weight. Alcohol, plus no one to shame him when he orders takeout for the second time in a day. I'm sure weed is everywhere on campus, too, and that's not going to help him say no to a second round of Domino's. He may not find friends, but he's going to have no trouble finding various people who are down to order takeout at all hours. He's going to just rotate through them. Pizza in the afternoon with one group, then the all you can eat cafeteria with another, then late night Chinese food with a third.

I think most of us have an anecdote or two about that classmate who got to college, was away from parental supervision for the first time in 18 years, and went absolutely nuts with alcohol and garbage food. It's incredible how much weight someone with the metabolism of a teen can pack on in a single semester. No more parents suggesting you eat a salad first, no more gym class, no more limits on screen time.

If Jazz weren't already fucked, he'd be fucked.

how is he going to handle said drugs
My money is on terribly, look at what food has done to him, now extrapolate that to a much more addictive substance like opiates/benzos & you've got yourself an overdose waiting to happen. On the flipside maybe that'll get his weight down so he doesn't literally explode like a decomposing beached whale by age 25...
those who wish to entirely blame Jeanette will see it as the former.
Jeanette is that you?

Whitney Way Thore, for one (although she blames PCOS).

He's already on a pile of pills.

Didn't we count NINE pill bottles in one of the photos of his room?

If two are hormones and two are antidepressants, that leaves five more to account for.

I'd wager at least one of those bottles is containing an opioid and at least one is containing a benzo.

That dude is medicated for sure.

HOLY SHIT, WHAT A FATTIE!

I known whatever horse piss pills he takes doesn’t exactly help, but jeeez!

That’s close to a sumo wrestler physique right there. (Minus the muscles.)

How much does he eat a day, fuck!

Is anyone going to be approaching the weird fat dude waddling around in a muumuu and birkenstocks and offering them drugs?
Smart dealers.

Jazz unfortunately is probably never lose the weight and it’s just going to get worse.
Men on estrogen long term get fat, and biology doesn’t let you decide where that fat goes.
I’m anticipating him blowing up like a balloon at college without Jeanette stalking him about food, and then once he realizes he can get some sweet and much needed dopamine from alcohol? There’s going to be a beer belly and being a binge drinker brings so many calories.
Then of course when his metabolism starts to slow down as he gets older he’s going to decide he’s “naturally curvy” and embrace being fat because he’ll never be skinny again.

Kinda sad, but it is what it is.

Bro, if i were the campus dealer & saw something with that expression of pain & suffering constantly etched into their face i'd sprint to be the first guy to sell him some shit, doubly so if i know that he & his fam are loaded, because this motherfucker is going to pay off my college loans & buy me a crib!!!

Some of those bottles could be old pill bottles though. (Jazz doesn’t strike me like the type to keep her room tidy. Addicts also sometimes like to keep old bottles around as souvenirs or whatever.)

An opiate (or two: One Controlled Release like OxyContin or Morphine ER and one for breakthrough pain like Percocet.) wouldn’t be out of the ordinary, considering the mangled mess his crotch is. (Three operations?)

Jazz seems like the type to piss and moan about her “anxiety” so a long acting benzo like diazepam to keep her nice and docile wouldn’t be out of the question either.

(Especially is they found a woke doc who understands the tremendous pressure poor troons are under!)

Two antidepressants seem a little... Excessive. Especially if they’re SSRI’s that potentiate each other and can lead to Seretonin syndrome (BAD!)

I’d wager they’d go for one SSRI antidepressant like Paxil or Prozac and combine it with something like depakote or an atypical antipsychotic.

(Which in low dosages are sometimes used for other psychiatric issues than psychosis. Like autism or bipolar issues.)

A combo like that would definitely keep Jazz docile and one or two pills away from drooling on himself all day.

And hey: You know a very common side effect of atypical antipsychotics?

Look at Jazz’s picture if you need a hint.

Weight gain. Like big time weight gain.

EDIT: Still a pill bottle or there abouts short? Probably an upper.

Jazz had have some learning difficulties if I’m not wrong, and amphetamines or amphetamine-like drugs such as concerta would be a typical choice.

At the same time if they managed to find a pliant pillmill-tier doc, it shouldn’t be a problem to talk the doc into giving something “for drowsiness”.

“My current medication works great!
I’m just really tired all of the time! And I have been gaining weight!”

(And given the combination of downers he’s under, it’s no wonder he’s fucking tired, fat, pliant and drowsy!)

“Sure Jazz, I understand! I’m going to give you something called Dexedrine/Desoxyne that should help with daytime drowsiness and weight gain!”

Exacta-fucking-mundo!

Jazz is a dealers dream come fucking true.

Especially since their dopedealer-antennas would quickly pick up on the fact that Jazz is sheltered as fuck, knows fuck all about prices and value, and would never put two and two together, if there was a mysterious break in the week after he showed the dealer his stash of goodies and opiates that he brought along from whatever pillmill doc Jeanette uses to keep him docile.

I feel bad for jazz. One day they will mature and experience real life away from their family and realize what a fucked up house of horrors they were raised in.

Oh i fully believe the docs have jazz well stocked on hormones, antidepressants, pain meds, benzos, sleep meds like ambien, etc. The side effects of many of these meds is they give you a false sense of well being. Obviously the docs want jazz to be medicated into a happy little patient who has no understanding of the true butchery that has been done to them or how they are worse of than before and there is no going back.

Nobody in jazz's life wants jazz to wake up from this nightmare and to speak upon the damage done to them.

99% of the time not but I heard that women shouldn't bathe for a few days after birth. Showering is ok tho.

Amhole owners on the other hand have no vagina and therefore no muscles & vagina walls. That means that water can enter their penis pouches. If the water is clean that might not be a problem but sea water or water in a swimming pool could be problematic.
I gave birth in May so I can confirm. It’s 6 weeks tho, not a few days. I assume because you have a plate sized wound in your uterus. I would assume you’re also still dilated but don’t quote me on that. You’re not recommended to be in any kind of bodied water. But yes showering is okay.

however, it’s been years now since jazz has had the chop. Why are we assuming it’s still fresh and falling out and painful etc etc. why wouldn’t it be healed and able to be in water by now? he doesn’t seem in pain walking around like a drag queen so I don’t think he’s in pain like everyone is implying here.

And stale water fucking reeks

Aww girl there’s a whole GRS horrors thread that will show you exactly why it will never heal and why Jazz is in constant pain but his is even worse because he had next to no penile tissue before he got it inverted and then revised a couple times.

It’s just a hole they make with tissue, that’s why dilators are used and if they aren’t even long term doctors recommend penis in frankengina sex to keep them from losing depth.

Jazz has never had an orgasm or masturbated.
Ever.
His pain is more than physical imo.

You’re leaving out the three (that we know of) revision surgeries that the family has curiously stopped talking about.

I'd be pretty surprised if he were on long-term opiates. That's just not really a thing that is done anymore in the United States. If anything, I could see him being on something like gabapentin (Neurontin) or pregabalin (Lyrica). There are also things like prescription strength ibuprofen for suggestible people who don't realize that it's exactly the same thing as the over the counter generic, just at a higher dose per pill.

I would not be surprised if one of the prescriptions is for a big-gun antibiotic. A chronic wound in an area that is always damp and dark coupled with his poor hygiene and the fact that he introduces a foreign object and possible vector for infection into the wound site multiple times per day is asking to be colonized with a multidrug resistant "superbug". 🤮

Of course opiates in the long term are still prescribed. Not as easily as before and the times where your dentist gave you 20 15mg roxicodones for dental surgery are (for the most part) over.

Yeah, numbers of opiate prescriptions are down, but there are still chronic pain patients, and you can’t just wean them all off.

A mangled crotch with 3 revision surgeries, that’s giving you constant pain, is definitely something a doctor is likely to throw Controlled Release opiates at, once they go through the typical “cover my ass for the FDA” circus of prescribing NSAIDs, gabapentin and Lyrica.

As for antibiotics, I kinda doubt it. (Sure, for a few weeks after the initial surgeries maybe.)

But the risk of Jazz’s amhole developing some major MRSA and developing necrosis is just too great for feeding him antibiotics 24/7.

Should an infection arise once a year or whatever, it’s safer just to deal with it then with some IV antibiotics.

Jazz will never mature. And I don’t even mean in the “he’s gonna off himself in 2 years” way, by this point it’s likely impossible for him to reach mental maturity thanks to the puberty blockers and hormones.
