No for Russia. Russia isn't as imperialistic as China, they... kinda got that kicked out of them when they were the USSR. Right now their focus is internal, with a harshly diminished population and world standing, they are concerned more with coming out from under the shadow of the U.S> and reasserting themselves as a potential superpower. They don't really need people to be anti-America so much as America's influence to wane.
The Media was never loyal to the Biden Administration. They were always beholden to the cabal interests behind him. They keep saying 70,000 people but as far as I know never say how many are American or European. That leaves me with the impression that they're just shipping tens of thousands of economic migrants and some trojan horses to be distributed around the West. Biden will probably be dead by the time the first fully vetted air lift terrorist strikes, so whoever is in charge then could just throw him under the bus posthumously.

Disgusting, but also doomed to failure. If it succeeds, if the 'thought-terminating cliches' work... it only stems the bleeding because the requirement for that to work is the populace to look no deeper. The problem is that kind of reaction garners very little if any upwards momentum. So their BEST case scenario is Biden underwater but no longer bleeding out.
