Not so sure about that. Even the sandniggers aren't gonna just pile the bodies into a heap while the families are still actively crying over them. Some of the ways they're splayed and weaving limbs together doesn't look like they were dumped, it looks like they died on the spot and then the debris and extra gore we see rained down (Note the guy half covered in plastic bottles in the last second).
