Omegaa is the equivalent to A-Chan. So it exists as a sort of manager for the managers and a PR outlet.

I think A-chan is more like a producer/director rather than part of the management team, based on clips like this and her appearance on Kiara's HoloTalk (although I'd imagine she' s still considered as a high-level employee)
