Shit, you really nailed it there, I didn’t think about it that deeply. Even if he managed to pull it off once, it’d probably be some really awkward boring teenager sex and leave him doubling down on hookers like you said. Maybe if he managed to fuck his way up the ladder to what most sexually active adults experience, but then again if he could, he wouldn’t be Russ.Unless the woman was a 9 or 10 and she also really found him inspiring and impressive (or was at least willing to fake it) and thought he was a solid 9 even with the face (again with the faking) and the sex was... well, we've talked about faking a lot already, you get the idea -- unless all that aligned, Russ would be gravely disappointed with the experience and would go on a tirade about how much better hookers are. Even if this mythical woman actually cared for him and wanted a connection, if she wasn't a trophy for him to take to the Olive Garden and/or was connected enough to make him famous, he'd honestly prefer the hooker.
Narcissists can't ever truly fall in love. They can love that a person makes them look good to others or furthers their own goals or sense of self-importance. But they can't ever be vulnerable enough to truly open up to a person emotionally. They might fuck the hot girls (or boys) but if you'll excuse the sappiness, they couldn't make love to someone to save their lives.
The first time he fucked a hooker, he said it was the most loved he'd ever felt in his life. That would be sad coming from a normal person. But for Russ it was the truth -- because he was finally getting what he thought he deserved in the form of a conventionally hot girl who was all about fulfilling his needs and telling him he was studly. That's what passes for love for him. And it's sad -- but just don't confuse him for a normal, lonely guy who is actually capable of connecting with someone but who can't for whatever reason. Russ is broken in the brain.
