The fact that being a "Girl Scout" is the only thing that defines her says a whole fucking lot. When when I was in the Girl Scouts, way back in the 90's, it seemed lame compared to the Boy Scouts. The Boys did camping and learning how to start fires, and navigate, and carve wood. The Girls were a elementary school level stich-and-bitch.

I worked in a craft store for a bit in the 2000s, and there were decorations for both Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. Apparently things hadn't changed much. The Boys was all "I started a fire! My first campout! Let's go canoeing!" And the Girl Scouts was all "You go girl! Yay girls! Girl power!" Basically one was accomplishments, the other was empty cheering.
