To be fair, when she started as a community manager she was really from the community, being active on the forums and generally everyone was pleased that someone managed to ascend to the RT offices (back when it was still a cool idea to work there). While this works great in a smaller office making RvB and AH, when it gets larger and you're making more productions which require managing and hiring talent, it's not something a community hire should be doing. You only have to look at Miles and Kerry to see what the dangers of stagnating upper management with less qualified people will do and now it's massivly obvious their live-action side with the lame duck Squad Team Force and all their halfbaked ideas of shows that barely get six episodes.

At least they seemed to realize at some point that Gus wasn't qualified to be the IT guy for the company.

I can still watch IG and Funhaus content up until a couple years after joining RT and be thoroughly entertained.

It shouldn't be any surprise that James would appear as a shadow of his former self when He was always the one pushing the limits of the edgy humor the OG crew excelled at and is now limited to whatever counts as humor at current year RT. I haven't watched them in years and if I didn't have an idea of the reasons behind the scenes of why Bruce and Laurence left and had no knowledge of Adam's asshole showing up on the internet and someone told me James was the last one left I would actually be kind of shocked because He seemed like the OG crew member that would least fit in there now.

As far as Adam leaving is concerned, I'm also not surprised that no one shed any tears over it. In retrospect He was always the weakest link and somehow always managed to seem standoffish even when there are only three people on camera, I wouldn't be surprised if that translated into him not being a very good coworker off camera.

I recently started watching my archives of all the demo disks in order and I honestly think some of the best episodes they ever recorded were the few where Adam was out and Laurence was behind the computer. He actually added something other than the occasional frustration Adam did and the show wasn't solely dependent on the edge James provided and Bruce acting as a foil to Him.

Coloured LED lighting is a trendy feature in streamer/YouTuber setups (which I assume was the inspiration for this) but it's almost always more restrained than flooding every inch of the room with it like a laser tag arena. Awful. The green in particular makes it look like an Xbox marketing event.

Arryn and Barbara released their duo set and it has Barbara's fingerprints all over it. Half the pics are just the two of them sitting at a table. Arryn definitely made more of an attempt at showing off with her outfit but still significantly more conservative than what she has been doing on her own.

Oh my god. I haven't cared to watch anything RT related in 5+ years and I check this thread and Griffon and Barbara have an onlyfans. Holy shit that's low.

Though I mean nobody cares about Griffon, and Barbara sells pg 13 lewds.
