The only thing surprising about this lawsuit is how long it took for it to be dismissed with prejudice.

Let's be real here, Mel's going to do one of two things after this; either appeal the dismissal or she tries to file the same exact suit in another jurisdiction.

Watch her try to do both.

Vic's going on what? Two years wait for appeals? She should totally do that so we read about her boasting about getting the case appealed and totally winning this time around.

It is my hope that she will stop outright, both suing Josh and posting here - not because she has learned anything but because at this point she has no doubt convinced herself that the the entirety of the US justice system itself is rigged against her and in favor of the kiwi mason farms and her only way of striking back is coping, seething and pray-lat-ing for the day of judgement to come swiftly to strike us down.

I realize a few kiwis enjoy bantering with her, and that is fair, but I feel that the greatest outcome we can hope for is silence and recreation 2: outdoor boogaloo (first printing, 8th edition) - a book that no one will ever purchase.

I'm hopelessly optimistic that she has finally learned to be embarrassed by the fact that nothing that she has ever claimed to be doing in her tenure here has been achieved. She has been trying unsuccessfully for years to come up with a financial grift that will get her the homestead of her dreams with her inbred offspring to make it function while the latest one dangles from her dugs.
She's tried suing Josh, the state of Virginia, CPS, her college, her former landlord, various websites, blackmailing kiwifarmers, marrying landowners with her kids as a selling point, getting Marshall to get a loan, selling her erotic fiction, selling her non fiction, a go fund me to put her book in homeless shelters and libraries,
She's told us dozens of times that she's leaving Marshall for good.
She's claimed legal flawless victory about as many times as she has declared that she's leaving Marshall.
I know, I know, she's absolutely incapable of admitting to being mistaken, incorrect or failing. But at some point every one has to accept reality.
I don't expect her to show up and cop to the fact that she has completely tanked on every goal she set when she came here.
I expect her to stay gone, and probably keep writing and paying to publish her "papers" on her interpretation of the Torah. Under some other pseudonym. Rahab or some other shit.
I figure that she ran face first into a problem when she took her covid tax bux and tried to rent a new place away from Marshall with all the brats. For starters with the eviction moratoriums, barely anywhere in her price range was open.
Then she had a recent eviction and no income besides welfare plus a single parent household with 6 kids.
No one on earth would rent to her.
I know I, and most people would be shriveling with embarrassment. Well before this judgment, which anyone could have seen coming for months.
