General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

I find myself MATI over the Arcadum thing. On one hand people like Momo weighing in on it, at one time, would have lent credence to it. On the other hand look at who Momo considers bff's and such.
It's always curious to me when these events seem to involve so many people who keep the same secret so well for so long despite having the same experience. Idk, dude is kinda weird as fuck behind the avatar and its beyond possible for someone in that position to try and manipulate shit.
On the other hand, without wasting my morning hours reading every post in detail, it sounds if anything like arcadum was a bit manipulative in trying to limit their time engaged in outside land, because that is legit his means of profit. His viewcounts when he does the forced collabs with the people he does games with are a lot higher than when it's just him, so in his mind, it probably works out that the others are in some sort of contract. This could be construed as assholish idk but I hope this all isn't another Nyanners inspired drama shitfit in the making. I don't find it coincidental that only after the games with 4Chan Girlboss types like Nyanners and Veibae have this many people come out in unison with complaints that to my eyes seem roughly the same, "he didn't want me going out and fucking around during times when we might need to collaborate for his only means of income via streaming" with the sex pest accusations thrown in to get the twitter crew riled up the same as a #metoo hashtag would but a more limited audience.

I know "lol girls be dumb" always applies, but consider that a lot of these women and many others who are now accusing him of this shit, saw no problem going to some weeb con and staying with him at a hotel just a couple weeks ago. I don't care about this enough to defend him when or if it comes out he is a sex pest though so let's see how it unfolds. It does suck that all the archives of the dnd streams will probably get wiped as some sort of solidarity shit.

Sana could get a decent hardware if she wanted to from all the gacha games commission she has. I'm more surprised she still hasn't upgraded tbh.

Yeah i see the holocouncil lore as a force character sheet than a background/origin to expand upon.
It's too detailed nonsense for me.
It could work if the holocouncil aren't vtuber and just side character in the holoalt but as talent streaming their personality online that lore won't just work.

How are she and Veibae involved? I don't follow anyone mentioned but Nyanners and that was from pre-Vshojo.

Yeah, and these aren't girls who are new to the internet or how things work, I find it hard to believe that the best receipts they can show for this shit are a couple clips of him acting like an asshole. Hell he could have thought he was doing the right thing somehow.

As for Nyanners and Veibae I think they met through the group and mostly Silvervale because she was more involved with Vei last year and then after the group started as Vshojo Vei started hanging around them all, but mostly Nyanners. They would do hours long VRC day dates on rainy days in the woods, living their Portland lesbo cat anime girl fantasies out sub by sub.

Might be a perfectly acceptable rig for digital art, and just needs a giant video card. Her other game streams were two console games, and one shitty indie. We'll have to see how much our shit-posting spacelord rakes in once monetization is good.

Been reading a bit into the Arcadum situation the now and I don't why but I read one of them where it said he crying while trying to sexually assault one of the woman made me laugh at the thought of it. I am just imagining some dude blubbering like a retard while trying to kiss a woman's neck about how lonely he is and how terrible his life is at not getting vtuber pussy, if this ends up being true which seems likely with the amount of women coming forward sharing the same experiences then we will finally have our own vEpstein :story:

For those not in the know, Prism Project originally planned to have Tier-only content (e.g Karaoke for Tier 3 members only, movie watchalong for Tier 2 or higher etc) and the higher memberships weren't cheap either, around $30 iirc.

When they originally rolled out these membership perks, fans assumed it was just a case of the talents over reaching (akin to Calli who made the same Tiered only content), but then it was found out that it was management who thought this up and made all the talents follow this format, everything went to shit - people complained about them restricting content unless you paid up. Hopefully this means the PriPro management finally has their heads out of their own asses
