I initially thought that the twisty photo must have been shopped, but on closer inspection there's none of the tell-tell distortion marks. Jen's obviously sucking in, but that extremely concave stomach is just... what?
If you fuck around with settings in photoshop the grain and chromatic aberrations become more obvious. Jen's got a ghostly halo because of camera shake but other than that:
Notice how the grain is evenly spaced with no smearing? Compare to if you try and give Jen more normal human proportions.
The grain gets all bunched up or stretched out, same with the chromatic aberrations.
The only thing I'd note is the ghostly halo does seem to have an inconsistent thickness, but unless Jen has applied some very advanced tactics to pass this shitty selfie off as real I can't understand how it can be faked.

He would probably actually pass at least as one of those Twitter maid boys if he ate his way to the 20-30% body fat that women are meant to have. Unfortunately since he's anorexic his hairline is shit and there's no fat to help hide all the hard male angles.
He's also probably not transitioned properly; my understanding is that HRT basically is a second puberty and as a result if you don't eat like the world's healthiest teenager you can accidentally fuck yourself up. It's why both deathfat and anorexic troons almost always look like absolute freaks after hrt, moreso than normal weight troons.
It's almost enough to make you feel bad - if he got help for his anorexia before starting medically transitioning he wouldn't look like a goddamn fallout ghoul. But here we are.
