Apologies for these taking longer than I expected, I wanted to make sure my info on certain things was right, and had to spend 900 hours in MS Paint etc. etc.

Attached to this post is a selection of screenshots taken from GiBi's server, immediately after the leaks were made public.
You will notice that many of them contain repeated messages, this is to ensure that every screenshot has "context", as GiBi and his defenders love to say we never provide that.
For that same reason, I will not be putting any "previews" of the screenshots in this post, and will not comment on the content of these messages, to avoid any "out of context" claims.
This ensures that anyone who sees any of these screenshots will have the full context available to them, or at least as much as I felt was necessary (and felt comfortable enough) to provide.

I must also apologize for the presentation of these screenshots, namely the shit resolution in many of them and the absence of timestamps.
These were taken on mobile, and being a bit of a boomer I didn't realize until after the fact that my mobile opsec needs a bit of work, so the removal of timestamps was done to obscure my own timezone.
Having said that, all screenshots provided here are named in the order the messages shown were sent, there are a few small gaps in the conversation, but those should be made obvious due to the absence of repeated messages (which I touched on previously in this post.)

I have done my best to redact the majority of users present in these screenshots, and if I was able to confirm a user was a minor (through claims made in the server) I redacted their profile pictures as well.
For those left unredacted, I was able to find claims they made in the server that indicate they are adults, as well as through "information" I found elsewhere that confirms those claims.
GiBi is left unredacted for obvious reasons.

If I have made any mistakes in my redaction process, whether it be that I missed a redaction OR someone is able to confirm the age range of anyone in these screenshots, I urge you to let me know in PMs. This way such mistakes or claims concerning an individual's age (minor or adult) are not made public, and I can re-upload this archive with needed adjustments as quickly as possible.

I think that's a reasonably good guess. The thing is prosecutors have two sometimes conflicting goals. One, they want a high conviction rate. So they tend to be cautious about anything that might lower that. They're used to having well over 90% and give serious consideration to what a failed prosecution does to that, especially when high profile. However, they also want to make their bones, so to speak, and sometimes that requires gambling a bit and going into a grey zone.

It's almost a law of nature, or a law of laws, that even the most mundane conduct can somehow be portrayed as criminal given the right argument, and it's generally illegal knowingly or even accidentally to sell or expose pornography to minors, sometimes as a specific charge, sometimes as just vague bullshit like "contributing to the delinquency of a minor" or "corrupting a minor." And things involving minors and sex are among the few things where you can't just say "section 230 now fuck off."

I think regardless of the legal issues (or lack of them) that what this stupid asshole is doing is both reprehensible and idiotic.
