I could be wrong but those letters look like a vinyl transfer. My niece made me a mug for my store with her Cricut that looks surprisingly similar. It began peeling after six months. Not the sort of thing you'd use to memorialize a passed love one, but it would work for a prop to use in a gayop smear campaign if you were too cheap to spring for the real thing.
