@Haramburger “If he did he'd proudly screenshot them, because they're actually pretty nice documents to hold and share”

They are quite nice-looking, aren’t they? Really make you feel like you’ve accomplished something just by dying.
I mean they're printed on high quality parchment paper with a subtle color blend to discourage forgery and look aesthetic, on top of having signatures and seals on them. Your city and counties may vary. Marriage certs are generally pretty nice looking too, only birth certificates feel kind of cheap IMO.

Even the Twitter troons are starting to call him out on it.

Whatsamatta, Hector? Dog ate your homework? Just post the docs, and you can dunk on us from here to eternity!
How much you wanna bet this hector idiot is gonna forge documents to try and prove Byuu is actually dead? He has to know that people are starting to question him and it's only a matter of time before the pressure gets too much.

forging false documents of death is illegal, correct?

In 50 years, there will be far fewer SNES consoles that still work well.
try 10 years. something like 95% of all of them are probably dysfunctional. though the interesting thing is that the cartridges are probably rotting as we speak. same for ps1 games.
In 50 years hardware will have progressed enough for overhead not to matter, so emulation of SNES will be far easier by virtue of sheer computing power.
aren't we already damn close to near perfect emulation with higan? though 3rd party simulation based hardware would be even more accurate.

What is your source for this information? When I was doing research that info came up but it's nothing conclusive thats why I didn't share. I'm not 100% that is his dad.
David Kirk Ginder was born in Isanti County, Minnesota (pop 40k), son of Terry Lee Ginder and Diana Kay Gooding. Like I said, the county seat is Cambridge. Terry Lee Ginder's birthplace in the obit was Cambridge, MN. That's a pretty big coincidence, though sure it's not a complete certainty, I don't know why people are saying it's wrong. I don't know why someone cited a David 1949-2011. Terry was born 1960, David Kirk born 1983.

More sources (FS account needed to view below).

I don't know why they filed for marriage and divorce in Florida, but this is clearly the right couple. The only question is whether the obit is for a different Terry Lee Ginder who also was from Isanti County, MN of the right age to get married in 1981. That seems unlikely.

I cannot fathom someone possibly being that obsessed with taking down a forum dedicated to laughing at morons on the internet.

look at the media and social media hubs today; the worst thing you can do to furries and trannies on the internet today is write something unflattering about them and it stay up, unedited.

You say that like the forum didn't go through big waves of DDoS attacks just a few months ago after this shitshow started.

Sure, Rent-A-DDoS to forging documents is a pretty big step, but these people have proven that they hate this place with a passion and want nothing more to remove it from existence.

Duly noted, but jeez, it's been 2 or 3 months. You'd think they'd get bored and move on to the next outrage-du-jour.

Imagine being so assblasted over a digital hovel of inbreds talking shit.

They still bring up Chloe Segal and that other lady that committed suicide, so when it comes to this nothing is "too old"
Most of them get a check for BPD and have nothing else to do besides crying on the internet for attention and trying to destroy something so they can feel important.

Not sure if you're joking, but the answer is unironically autism. Having high-quality cycle-accurate emulation is important for the future of preservation, and it's something you can only easily do when you have real hardware that still works allowing you to test out all the nuances and esoteric bullshit. You might not think it matters beyond "mario world plays fine with no lag", but I'm very glad there's retards out there willing to spend their time making emulators (and subsequent documentation of the hardware) as accurate as possible.
The issue of software license is also an important part of why it blew up. Snes9x is open source but it's not free software since its license explicitly forbids commercial use. BSNES on the other hand uses GNU GPLv3, which allows it, and projects like RetroArch promoting the idea of a single, shared and portable frontend running emulation code basically as its plugins only cemented its success.

Snes9x's proprietary freeware license were about as big a point of contention in FOSS circles as the old MAME/MESS licensing terms, to the point of being disallowed from inclusion in some more orthodox Linux distribution software repositories. In general, they were (or are, as far as Snes9x is concerned) seen as "impure" because non-commercial clauses go against the four essential freedoms upon which the idea of free software is built.

Technically ZSNES was released under GPLv2 (migrating from a proprietary freeware license) way before BSNES that but by that time its core was already crusty, very hard to port to other architectures (since it relied on x86 assembly), very hard to maintain and with emulation buggy enough to be noticeable. So BSNES became a widely adopted preferred option, despite its completely ridiculous hardware requirements.

TL;DR: free software legal autism and good fortune made BSNES dominant

If it was even remotely possible, someone would have mentioned it on twitter by now and group-investigated further so check that off your list of future excuses Hector.
It certainly wasn't the jackoff fantasy Hector told us about, where Byuu was killing himself while listening to some gay-ass French metal shit, and Hector just jerked off for a half-hour about how much Twitter cred he could score while Byuu died, doing absolutely nothing to help him.
