Not even Mengele though up something like this. Although his - and every other doctor in the camps - experiments were inhumane and many useless, he didn't come up with an absolutely useless one like making up unusable genitalia. Such experiments like changing eye colors were only useful in their fucked up ideology but still less degenerated than today's SRS surgeries, which are legal.
Here I would have to disagree. In the 19th century there were many standards of beauty that were unobtainable, though they differentiate from today, many were still related to a woman's figure. While it was acceptable to be more "full" than a current instagram thot recently done liposuction picture, corsets were used to thin the waist. They were painful and deformed the ribcage and rearranged the organs. You couldn't use a corset if you were a fatass.

Body dysmorphia in both men and women still difference greatly from a troon's wanting to be the opposite sex and cut off their genitals.
I think everyone is going to feel dysmorphia at some point in their lives, and most people would change something in their bodies if they could do it magically and with no risks. A little bit taller, a little bit skinner, nose shape, etc. And while Anorexia is definitely a mental health issue I wouldn't classify it in the same category. Body Integrity Disorder is more similar to real dysphoric troons, and just like the previous, extremely rare. Most nowadays are just result of a fetish being widely accepted, ROD and peer pressure on girls.
Absolutely every girl and women will go through a "dysphoric" fase, especially during puberty because let's be honest, it sucked.
TD;LR Women pretty much always had high expectation of appearance and behaviour. Continuous body dysmorphia is result of mental illness, BID/Dysphoria is probably result of a neurological disorder.
