Phil has an entire list of people that have spurned him in some way, and as soon as they (the ones on the list) fuck up, Phil makes his play and tries to dunk on them. And when he gets a LITTLE bit of play with his attempts, he goes all in. Like with the Pro-Jared thing. Pro-Jared allegedly did some dumb shit, Phil dunked on him, Phil got some traction on twatter, and he thought he was on top of the world and made a "DEBUNKED!!!!" video. What heinous act did Jared do to Phil to be on the list? He made a tweet. Jared took a stupid pot-shot at Phil and never mentioned him again. Jared's world gets set on fire because of some dumb shit and Phil checks that one off his list and throws Jared under the bus.

He did similar shit with that EVO dude that was outed for being a pervert, and proceeded to jump on the drama and talk massive amounts of shit about them.

Phil no doubt has a list of people who have slighted him and he's just waiting for a minor slip-up in order to join in the kicking of someone while they're down. Makes him feel like the big man.
