Biden's backers are the people and entities that believe they will proper under his rule. Those who do not support him don't believe they will, or that they'll be worse off. That's it distilled to its most basic.
What worries me is that rulers, and governments, stay in place because they have a monopoly on police power, of the use of force to be precise. Biden had not only angered the families of the military, he's directly alienating the members of the military that he'd have to call on to enforce his rule, specifically infantry and related. You can draft all the fags, lesbos and troons you want, training them to fight your wars is something else entirely.
No ruler, King/Queen.President or Premier that makes this error can stay in power. It's the most basic bitch rule of statecraft. Money, business entities are parts of the equation but force projection and its companion component are also important and I'd argue its the most important of all.

I do know a small market in my city actually sued the US Dept. of (whatever) because they lost their ability to take EBT. The towelheads had transactions of even amounts totalling from $100 to $350. Not purchases, transactions. And they fucking SUED the US Government for disciplining them for abusing the system. Don't know the outcome, that's something that's too confidential and I haven't bothered looking it up but surely their cousin bought the business and resumed under new licensure.
They want to abolish cash as well, so we can see where this is going.

To answer your question - credit card usage is exempt from Form 8300 reporting. I could walk in tomorrow, withdraw $10k in cash against my credit card or go into a store and buy $10k of guns and ammo and not a single report is filed to anyone. The reason being, it's a credit line you're preapproved to borrow from; it's not actual cash. Same is true with checks. If you have that much ching in your bank account, you can write a check for $10k plus for whatever and it raises zero eyebrows or reporting. Reason being, the source of the money is already considered "seasoned" or in other words, it's your banks responsibility to verify or report any large cash transactions, not the business or the bank to which you are writing the check.
However, you'd still need someway to pay off your credit card each month, so likely unless your expenses are $600 a month, your still going to have to have a bank account with money in it. (They get ya coming or going, it seems.)
Had an interesting case where a couple had applied for a mortgage and wanted to use over $50k cash of "mattress money" they had stashed over time due to a previous bankruptcy as the source of their down payment. We had to deny the mortgage because the cash wasn't seasoned. It may have been perfectly legit cash but no bank is going to underwrite a loan where the down money is not seasoned. We explained this to the borrowers and they were duly pissed, but simple fact is they should have deposited it was earned in smaller amounts into savings and the money would have been seasoned and there would have been zero issues with the mortgage. The Feds audit for that kind of shit constantly and the monetary risk, not to mention sanctions up to losing their license to write mortgages, is for reals.

But wouldn't the payment only appear as a payment to my credit card company and not to who I am buying from?
I'm not really worried either way. I just am wondering because I legit just use my credit card for everything and pay the balance each month through my checking account so I'd find it funny if I was somehow getting around something (or not) without even realizing it before it gets implemented.

From your bank account, yes, it would only appears as a payment to Whatever Visa Card. The bigger point being, you wouldn't be getting around anything because your bank would still have to report on your account anytime the balance was over $600.
Who's to say they won't force Visa/Mastercock/Discuvah into some sort of similar compliance? The Card issuers are already banks in and off themselves and have already tipped their hand they would work with the government and deny transactions for SJW and other reasons. PayPal is already doing this. It's only going to get worse. Imagine if you will, you make a political donation to a candidate that you believe in via credit card (I have personally done so in the past) and CreditFuck.com denies the transaction because they decided to blacklist them for political reasons. Or denies you purchasing tickets to a sporting event/concert because you failed to provide proof of your vaccination status? Believe I read this week at least one airline is refusing to sell you a ticket if you haven't gotten the jab, others considering the same. They are already doing it to their employees. The government colluding with banking/finance to control what you can and cannot buy. This becomes a new means of control that's beyond slippery, it's a Mount Everest Ski Slope for fuck's sake and I don't see anyone standing up against it.
